Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) / SD Consultant to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions aligned with evolving business requirements. The successful candidate will support SAP projects and operational activities, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, training, go-live planning and ongoing support and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to design and deliver SAP solutions that support changing business needs.
• Provide full lifecycle support across SAP projects including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, training, go-live planning, and post-implementation support.
• Configure and support SAP SD / Order-to-Cash processes including order management, shipping & logistics, billing and invoicing.
• Troubleshoot system issues, analyse root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across business processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on configuration in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA (SD module).
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including order management, shipping & logistics, billing, and invoicing.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations and ongoing operational support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex transactional issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience working within supply chain related SAP modules and processes.
